DELIVERY AND RETURN
All orders for delivery are shipped via UPS on a next day service before 12 for orders placed before 1pm. This is not applicable for the pre-orders shipping which are shipped on the date announced.
COST AND DELIVERY
DELIVERY to SPAIN
Spain mainland: Estimated between 19-25€, 3 working days.
Balearic and Canary Islands: Estimated between 19-25€, 4 working days.
DELIVERY to EUROPE
Estimated between 20-26€, 7 working days.
DELIVERY to REST OF THE WORLD
Estimated between 25-36€, 14 working days.
ManéMané uses a standard pricing policy to ensure that all of our customers are charged the same price, regardless of where they live.

The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent.
We don’t know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION DESPATCH TIMING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same working day, any orders placed after 1pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible.
USING A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address. You can enter any address you wish on the checkout page, under Shipping Address.
IF YOU AREN’T IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES
Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.
IF THERE ARE DELAYS
We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we’ll email you as soon as possible and advise you of the new delivery arrangements.

If you have any specific queries regarding delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please note our office hours are 9am to 9pm GMT, Monday to Friday. As soon as the parcel is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from our courier, UPS, containing your Tracking Number.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 7 days of delivery.
It doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried the garment on or not as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold. We’ll give you a full refund or exchange the item.
On receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and requesting the refund. Kindly consider this process may take between 5 and 10 days.
The refund is issued directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have requested the refund. The credit will be visible in your account approximately within one or two billing cycles from when you received our email.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 15 days from it arrive to our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed.
You are welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us you’ve returned the parcel. Just follow the instructions on the packing slip and we will do the rest. We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
